We will meet 10.15am in the café for a pre walk talk before a 10 30 start.
For those of you who require a traditional full English or bacon butty the café doors open at 10am and as usual you will need to arrive before the Rossendale crew.
Usual clothing and boots appropriate to weather plus packed lunch for those who require one. There may be a need for sun cream…
We should be back around 3-4 pm. If at all possible we try to car share in the interests of the environment and because parking places in some sites are limited.
If the weather is inclement we will retire to the Green Room for some post ex work or discussion or research.
More details to follow as to where our leader will take us.
See you on the 12th. There will be a prize for the one spotting the first Mayflowers and we may even hear curlews.

The nearest our group have been to sand was the beach at Widdup Reservoir where the secret six had lashings of ginger beer and buns!
