Come and Join Us!

We’re a friendly group of like-minded individuals, keen to welcome new members. It maybe that with career and family now settled you are finally in a position to involve yourself in something new or you may be looking for a new interest.

Regardless, membership offers the opportunity to make new friends, utilise skills that you have developed over the years or perhaps keep fit by getting involved with gardening or archaeological field walks or digs. Or to take on some responsibility in the running of the Friends.

We currently have four afternoon and four evening talks between September and May with a range of subjects to suit most tastes. In addition we arrange regular one day trips ranging from Liverpool Museum exhibitions on the Terracotta Army and Charles Rennie Mackintosh to three and six day visits to paces as far apart as the Orkneys and Anglesey for history and archaeology enthusiasts.

Have a look at our Past Events to see what you’ve missed or What’s On page to see what’s coming up!
We look forward to welcoming you.
